Deeply proud of his 30+ year affiliation with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, School of Architecture and Environmental Design, Professor Montoya served as a Founding Advisory Council Member and past president of the Construction Management Advisory Council. He is also the recipient of the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo College of Architecture and Environmental Design Award in 2004. He now works part-time as a construction management professor, teaching undergraduate courses.
Married to a renowned interior designer and a long-time resident of the Pasadena, California Community, Mark Montoya enjoys wine, travel, music, and art, most notably architecture.
